Direct proximity to the airport, very well functioning shuttle service. Clean, nicely furnished room. Communal kitchen. I will definitely book there again when I leave Bristol. You can also book rental cars there.

New build, clean and good size rooms. We were slightly thrown by checking in in what seemed to be a portacabin on a bit of farmyard. It looked like the set of something like 'Hostel'! Although the first impressions made us worry, when we got to the room we were really happy. Good value for money and don't be put off by the reception!

Very convenient for Bristol airport. Modern, clean and tidy and prefectly adequate for a pre-flight stopover. Efficient check-in. Quiet on the night we stayed to we did manage to get some fitful sleep.
Note easy to find in the dark a very strange approach in the dark - almost unnerving, rather like approaching a prison! The security- guard receptionist was perfectly friendly once we got talking to him, but driving through the gate and up to his hut in the dark was a scary moment!

I had documentation that said there was no charge for parking yet on arrival I was charged £25.00. This is a misrepresentation and it definitely did not say that it was free just for one night - I can read carefully as I am a lawyer!!

It was clean, comfortable and staff were very accommodating, friendly and efficient. It was also very close to the airport and having the benefit of being taken to the airport is so convenient and stress free. Excellent service.

The staff at The Lodge is very friendly and amiable. The check-in process was friendly.- The room was great-sized and warm, with nice amenities like coffee and a water fall shower.- The facilities at the hotel are really nice.
